Catherine has been an Usui Reiki Master/Teacher since 1999 and is an experienced public speaker on the subject. Her teaching platform also comes from many years facilitating the personal healing and spiritual development of others.

Catherine's vision of empowering people to heal their lives has lead to the development of amazing Reiki and Chakra workshops. These are offered in one day, comprehensive formats, that are easily accessible so that people may have the tools to create growth, change and healing in thier own lives.

Her professional background includes a Bachelor of Nursing and a wide variety of life experience in corporate business, world travel, natural medicine and spiritual connection. She is an advocate for personal empowerment, a wife, and mother to three young children.

Catherine trained to become a Reiki Master/Teacher through an apprenticeship and is respectful of the ability to be able to empower others in the use of Reiki energy. Her greatest joy comes from introducing others to the awe of universal connection enabling people to access the light within themselves.
